The Studio at the centre hosts group classes and activities.

On Saturday 15th May and Saturday 26th June 2010 from 1.30pm-4.30pm.
Cost £25 per workshop.
Lead by Liz Welch DS, MRSS (T), who is engaged full-time in the study, practice and teaching of
Oriental energetic development and healing systems, in the form of
Shiatsu, Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation.
